• I am attentive to your lifestyle and your desires in terms of interior design, furnishings and lighting to create an atmosphere that suits you.
• I will explain you my first intentions to enhance and optimize your interior: arrangement of lighting, color orientations and decorative purchases (furniture, mirrors, textiles, rugs)
• At the end of this 1st meeting, I will share my suggestions with you orally and send you the study estimate for your interior decoration project.
• Several exchanges may be necessary for your decision. Once these tips have been provided, you can decide to continue with a study of the interior design of your property (step2 and step3) as part of an assignment contract (fees and stages of the project) which will be sent to you. 

• a custom moodboard to make sure your room design is heading in the right direction
• a 2D floor plan with furniture
• revisions as needed to make sure you’re happy with your design
  
• full 3D design plans from all sides so that you can visually see how your new space will look like
• a video of a virtual tour in your new space
• a personal shopping list of handpicked items with links and adresses to buy all your products (up to 20 articles per room, up to three changes per room included. Further changes on an hourly basis of 80 €/h)
• regular communication and updates throughout your project by phone or text messages  

• Weekly update and project progress emails, in person meetings at start and end of key phases of project, site visits - as needed or requested by you or trades

• I offer you support in purchasing your selected products such as furniture, decorative objects, accessories as well as tiles, flooring, fittings for the bathroom or kitchen, etc
• I offer you support in the selection of craftsmen e.g. mason, painting and paperhanging, tile layer, carpet layer, carpenter, kitchen builder, possibly coordination with an architect ... 
• project monitoring and follow-up of furniture and decoration orders
• I regularly organize meetings to keep you informed of our project progress
• supervision of the furniture and decoration installation
• In order to finalize your decoration, I accompany you in stores specialized in decoration accessories, textiles and plants and help you to finalize the decoration
• personal final arrangement of your interior

• a celebration meeting to walk through your completed room design and create a “punch list” of any issues that you’d like me to address
