Step 1

As soon as you have sent us an email or a message by the contact form, I will contact you to suggest a processing period.

After your appointment confirmation, I will send you your order confirmation with the payment formalities by email.

Step 2

After receipt of payment, I will send you our questionnaire by email to find out more about your dreams for your home to offer you professional decoration advice.

You send me back the completed questionnaire together with photos and measurements by email.

Step 3

We are planning a 30 minute telephone call. We will discuss together your answers from the questionnaire to refine further your style. We will also discuss your project goals and your budget for your project.

Step 4

Here is where the fun begins! After receiving all your project information, I will create your designs within 8 working days.

Step 5

You will receive you your designs:

- one mood board

- one 2D floor plan

- 3D designs

- one video of a virtual tour in your new space

Afterwards we will discuss the individual articles on your mood board and I will send you alternative options if necessary (up to 2 new options per article - additional fees apply for options above two)

Step 6

Once you've approved the final items, I'll email you the final mood board with the clickable shopping list for all articles for direct purchase at the manufacturers or distributors online store. (The articles are suggested products. There is no purchase obligation!)

Step 7

Now you have everything to buy your articles online and install yourself in your room.

Step 8

I am at your disposal by email communication throughout 8 days after receiving our designs. I can also make changes on your shopping list if an item is sold out or for any other reason it is not quite what you want it to be.

My job is to make sure that you absolutely love the result!
